Worst service at a subway ever. The server had a frown the whole time and was a bit rude.
Absolutely Disgraceful Experience — Never Again This was hands-down the most pathetic display of customer service I’ve ever encountered. The short girl at the front counter — where do I begin? No one was at the counter for 10mins so i waited at the register to get someone's attention, got told to queue correctly when staff arrived instead. Got asked the next questions before i even finished answering one while preparing my order. My messy meatball sub has never looker messier and the cookie was hard as a rock (which sucks for my love of chewy cookies). Definitely a qualifier for the worst fast food experience.
I had a really disappointing experience with a staff member named Taylah. She was extremely rude didn’t smile, spoke with a condescending tone, and acted like I was bothering her by simply ordering. She kept asking me to repeat myself like she couldn’t hear, even though I was clear. It felt like she thought she was doing me a favour instead of just doing her job. Honestly, it left a really negative impression. Dated 17 June, around 5 PM I hope management addresses this, because customer service like that is unacceptable.
Terrible experience here today, I would give a zero if there was an option. Went there for 2 subs, mekelya the staff was soo rude, she was throwing everything, and the whole sub was a mess. I cant even express how disappointed I was. Very poor hygiene, did not bother changing gloves while making a veg sub. Will 100% not be returning here again.
