I had a very disappointing experience. Despite seeing multiple reviews mentioning poor service, I was surprised that nothing has changed. The staff at the front came across as quite arrogant and unhelpful. I was made to repeat myself several times, which was frustrating, and there was no basic courtesy—no smile, no acknowledgment, and no sense of professionalism. Customer service like this is simply unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving staff attitude and communication.
Worse customer service the lady with the specs is so rude no smile at all they need to be trained how to serve customers before hiring. I ask for serviettes after my order and she handled them with grumpy face.
Disgusting customer service
Bad customer service girls more like statues cant answer anything cant smile cant understand if you ask anything even simple stuff. Never saw such kids behind counters.
