Came on a Saturday hours after it was suppose to be open with the lights off and the doors locked. This has happened on NUMEROUS occasions. What’s the point of having the hours posted online when they only open whenever they feel like it? Like many other reviews, I would give it zero stars if I could.
Gentleman chose not to tell us that we could not order a kids meal, proceeded to a la carte a sandwich and drink for the child, and the could not understand why we wanted what we ordered. I was a jerk because I DID not understand exactly what it was he had messed up and assumed it was a language barrier and not bad service. I apologize for responding to his incompetence with rudeness.
Closed at 10 supposedly, got there at 9:20 employee standing inside playing on his phone at the register. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Unprofessional.
