I placed a walk-in takeout order at around 8:40 PM on Wednesday, August 5. Subway is usually my go-to place, so this experience was disappointing. I said “hello” and “how are you?” a couple of times, but the employee didn’t respond, smile, or greet me. Unfortunately, there was no name tag, so I couldn’t identify her. I had already had a rough day, and this interaction made it worse. A simple greeting and friendly customer service can make a big difference. Atleast Smile pls
