I'm pretty sure the server told me to "hurry up" when we were choosing cookies and checking out. It appeared there was another customer (uber driver?) waiting for him... Regardless, the worker had no personality, rolled his eyes at me while I wasn't looking, didn't provide us with a bag, and looked like he wished he was anywhere else but at work. Worst place to order. Send me wrong order according to their need with no sauce and wrong bread.
Great service from the girl working at 2:30 pm on 24th October 2025! Finally, someone who understands that food cost isn’t just about the ingredients—it’s about valuing the service too. Trying to save money by cutting back on things like carrots or lettuce is the wrong approach. She was generous with the portions and truly cared about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her great service. Thank you!
Came in to pick up a door dash order after shopping for 15minutes. Still had not started the order and continued to make bread for 10minutes before doing the order.
It’s disappointing when a business has a deal displayed on their window but expects the customer to tell them about the deal or that deal doesn’t get applied. Since when is it the customers duty to tell staff to apply a deal that they know they offer? So because of this I was overcharged $15. This subway has lost my business. Staff member and owner showed poor service with contacting me back after multiple calls. Businesses that operate like this don’t deserve to be supported.
