Awful service last night. I asked for the bread of one of the footlongs I was getting to be replaced. As he was opening the bread up more after cutting it the top and bottom started to tear. By the time you put filling in that it just would have been a broken mess. Well! Did his attitude change. He obviously didn't like that I asked for new bread. Was ordering for 3 and this idiot decided to do 2 orders and then go to the other people waiting not happy ... never again will I come back to this subway.
There was only one guy serving, and he was either new or really bad at his job. He couldn't multi-task at all and opted to wait for 3 subs to be toasted before doing anything else. The man before us asked for falafel, which the guy said they only had one of and he needed 2 for a footlong sub. The guy said falafel again and the guy rolled his eyes and went in the back just to bring out one. We had to wait 30 minutes when we entered to be served and there was only 3 people there before us.
