The dining area is filthy, food on the table,seats, and floor. You can see layers of dust and crumbs on the counter from days of improper wiping. The brisket was cold in the center, the cold table (where they keep the produce when building the food) was left wide open with missing inserts so I doubt the vegetables table was at the proper temperature.
