Whenever I'm hungry at Sunshine Plaza, I stop by this place to eat, I love it. The people who work there are very friendly and kind, like Cici and Pheobe today. These two really nice people help me even with words I don't know in English, especially vegetables . Besides being kind, they're hard workers, my sandwich was really good. got subway yesterday for lunch, staffing was lovely to my boyfriend absolutely rude to me threw my sandwhich across the counter instead of handing it to me, on top of that had the meatball sub now i currently have food poisoning, do not eat from here!!!
I got served by cc who was so friendly and went absolutely above and beyond for me i can’t even express how grateful i am for her, 10/10 experience would recommend
The worst customer service I have ever received EVER!! If you don't like your job..maybe don't work there??? And as for the food....wow..what a waste of money...not sure what I received..but it wasn't the sub I thought u was getting. Just a mess of food on a roll. Disgusting
