I must say, I’m genuinely impressed with the new bowl they’ve started using. Unlike those from other companies, it holds up well without going soggy, preserving the flavor and texture of the food. The customer service was also commendable — the staff were polite, gentle, and maintained proper hygiene while serving. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
Excellent service
My son got a sub here on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025 and recieved a snarky attitude about wanting a few extra veggies in his sub, (a few more pickles & onions as she only put on 4 slices for a foot long). And the fountain machine was very watery. She also wouldn't accept an e-gift as payment even though this branch has accepted this form of payment 2 other times we have been there. The service rep was rude and impatient.
