Ordered a nachos. There was a new kid who didn’t know how to make it or didn’t know that you had to heat it and I said I want heated and so he got yelled at or told off by one girl who worked there with him and she made mine with such a annoyed face. I feel like she could have been nicer to him and said here I’ll teach you. I think she was the manager too.
Rhys was so fun! He really put effort into making the sub. His professionalism and kindness during our interactions were amazing. I wish all subway staff were like Rhys. Good guy, great sub.

Absolutely appalling subway. To start off the experience a female team member just stood there and stared at me whilst another customer was being served by a young male worker. When he was finished with the customer , he started taking the first part of my order.. stopped half way through and walked out of the subway to take his break!! This is unethical and horrible service!! On top of that my tomato had to have been days old and soggy!! Horrible experience
Overall Koby was a very nice employee as he was very nice and had the environment very calmed and controlled and and had the sub done in a few minutes which tasted amazing when when I dropped my sub he offered to remake it which was very kind but I respectfully declined his offer
