Subway loses its whole appeal when the subs aren’t fresh. I was specifically told that the bread is baked fresh daily, but all it takes is one bite to know when that clearly isn’t the case. Customers can tell the difference between fresh bread and bread that has been sitting around. Especially if they pick up the subs in the morning like I do. Please stop telling customers something that simply doesn’t match what you’re serving. We are not stupid, and misleading customers only damages trust in the brand.
It was a bit of a lack lustre experience. Staff dont smile. Only one with a sense of humor and polite (male). Not all that clean but ok. Very average experience
We ordered salad bowls that were not even half full and a cookie which wasn’t put in the bag (in the drive through) Biggest waste of money
