worst customer service ever. i used to come here since I was a kid but frankly, they have fallen off - tiny portions, rude workers. to the employer, your employees are costing you sales and customers
Came here around 12:30am after work and Mr.Novedeep turned off equipment and can’t make my sandwich because the equipments were turned off.

I went there expecting 24/7 service as advertised. I arrived just before 10 PM and had just finished my order taking my order when a second staff member barricaded the access to the washroom and refused to let me in. Ultimately, I was not even able to eat at the site, let alone, do my homework. Most certainly, it is a bylaw violation to refuse washroom access to dine-on customers, but even if it is not, it is very abhorrent behaviour. I went on March 11 Tuesday at 2 am and the worker there was very impolite. We tried using our coupon, which we have never used before. He didn’t know what he was doing, and didn’t know how to scan the coupon. Then, after scanning it a couple of times saying the system was being weird, then he said the coupon was already used. We have never used the coupon before and we became frustrated. We ended up having to pay full price, when originally we came to use the coupon.
