As a long-time regular at this Subway location, I’m incredibly disappointed with the inconsistency and disregard for basic customer needs. I came in for dinner as usual, and despite dining in, I was told the washroom was “closed after 8PM.” This has now happened more than once — some staff allow access, others refuse it.
