I made an order on DoorDash for a salad and I requested “Chopped salad” and the servers said that they don’t chop salads. I used to work at this subway and I know that it’s an option to have the salad “Chopped” or not.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Subway location. My family and I placed a large order totaling around $130, and from start to finish, the service was frustrating. First, it took multiple attempts—three calls—to get someone to answer the phone. Then, after receiving our order, we realized it was incorrect and had to call twice more to address the issue. Had a bigger order. They messed up almost every sandwich. When we went to get the oder fixed the staff was cussing in front of customers and just blatantly rude. If I'm spending over 50$ on a order it should be right. Heaven forbid they actually have to do their job at work and do it correctly...
Yeah, I need to speak with the owner of this subway, the staff there is rude. They're constantly out of items to make the subs! Cheese bread, cold cuts, olives. Garlic aioli. You name it there out of it! You can never have it how you like it here! The staff don't care and are very rude!
