Staff with a couple of exceptions need to undertake a course in customer service. Management need to employ more staff as the waiting times for service are generally not acceptable. Food is good but the atmosphere and service are dismal. Perhaps a reflection on the management?
Every single time without fail, fresh food and made how ever you request Happy and friendly staff and nothing is ever to much of an ask! Never had a bad sandwich! Our favourite take away in Cowra.
