Just visited the Werribee Subway and recieved great service. The staff member Brooke was polite and friendly and smiled when speaking to us, this isn't seen a lot these days. Food was good and fresh and well prepared. I visited the Sydham store over a week ago and the food did not taste fresh or the service friendly. The Werribee store is representing the Subway brand very well
My sister and I went and ordered Subway for the first time at this location and we were served by someone called Terry. He was really nice, friendly, accomodating, quick and made really good subs. We’ll be back and will definitely recommend to others.
Came in store tonight 26/09/2025 at around 6pm. Bought 2 footlongs and the guy serving was a absolute pig no customers service manners or nothing. If you don't want to work with customers or don't like your job then quit. Don't recommend this store. I wont be returning. If I could give no stars I would
