Today i go there to buy a sub and i want malted rye bread i said i want that the person who served me say we don’t have that when i see there breads there is one malted rye bread i say you have that he say i wanna save it i was like what that mean he said i save this for morning I don’t know whats going on if customer come there and you have that bread what that mean that I’m saving this for morning totally disappointing

I’ve been a regular at this Subway for a while, but my recent experience was disappointing. Both my footlong subs had tomato slices with black spots that looked off (see photo). It felt like quality control has really dropped — maybe due to a change in management. I raised it with staff but didn’t receive any proper acknowledgment or gesture of goodwill, which was disappointing. I wasn’t looking for compensation, just some care and responsibility. Hope they improve soon.

The kid that served me had no idea, was not listening when I was speaking to him. He had no idea how to make a salad bowl it was obvious he had not been trained properly. Didn’t mix the bowl, was half full, 5 pieces of meat asked twice for salad dressing and he still didn’t put it on had to ask someone else to do it. I had to even point out I was next in line when he went to serve someone else. It’s the local subway so if I want it will be there again but will be a very long time !!!!
