I've been to a lot of different places across Canada and the United States. This is probably one of the best. Subways you can find. Always fresh food, and the staff are great.
Poor customer service experience. Stepped in for a late lunch after driving 5.5 hrs from Thompson on a work trip. Guy working at the counter seemed bothered it took me more than 3 seconds to request my order. Barely made it through the door and I'm given the impression I'm wasting his time. I'm the only person at the counter. Few words spoken after I placed my order. The woman working the till takes over, same demeanor. I could not list off my preferences fast enough for her. Changing/digital menu, okay, so ask the employee about the special for 2-12"s for 8.99 if it applies to all subs, does not understand the question and just says yes anyways... When questioned at the till about the total cost, decides to point to another poster and can't even explain it. Solid skilled workers. Good job guys.
