Went in and got a sandwich. The girl literally put 2 pickles slices and 3 jalapenos slices on my sandwich and when I asked for me she completely dismissed me.
The food was not fresh, customer service was poor, and the place was dirty in the front and back. One of the employees went to toss her gloves, missed, laughed, and left it on the lobby floor. Broken doors, constant stream of water leaking from the roof, the veggies were brown, cheese had a foul taste, and the ladies kept laughing amongst themselves the entire duration of the visit, they grabbed the wrong ingredients for all 3 sandwiches and struggled to ring up the order.
Update: District Manager Cody Severtson contacted me and did not once acknowledge the mistreatment. He simply made excuses for having a terrible employee. It seems this is how customers are treated even up the corporate ladder. Wow. Horrible treatment! The large woman whom I assume is the manager (she's always there) was incredibly rude to my elderly mother. The language and treatment was appalling, I was completely stunned.
