The bread was so stale and hard on both subs we got yesterday that we could not even bite into much of the bread for fear of breaking our teeth. When I called the store to report the old, stale, hard bread needed to be replaced , Cameron replied “that is how it is, some days the bread comes out good…others days not.” We will not order or eat there again until something is changed. Quick service. There were no other customers there. Toppings were a bit wilted. Staff seemed to still be in training.
