Staff are very kind and welcoming.
Not recommended. Food quality and customer service is subpar, I think you could get Salmonellosis by just walking by this place.

I come here almost every day around 12 PM for my foot-long, and I have to say—the customer service during the afternoon shift is exceptional! The staff are always friendly, fast, and get my order just right. As a regular, it feels good to be recognized and treated with care. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and everything is just on point. This subway is definitely one of the best in Richmond. Highly recommended!
