Very clean! Staff was very pleasant! Food was perfect! Barbara and Redesjia were great!
The lady making my food was very rude. I told her what sub I wanted and then she immediately snapped back with “what bread” in a very rude tone. I’m partially deaf and sometimes have to have things repeated to me. I didn’t hear her the first time and she then got even more upset and started sighing and rolling her eyes like a I ruined her week. She then slung my sub across the counter and almost dropped it. Awful employees who talk throughout your entire order and make you repeat yourself ten times due to their lack of paying attention.
This one girl that works there I have seen her work at several locations out there on the campus. I think her name is Nicki. She was very polite to me on the register. She made sure I had my chips and my cookies in the bag. I got great service and the place was very clean.
Terrible experience at this Subway. They were out of several food items, the restaurant was noticeably dirty, and there were only two employees trying to handle everything. The line was long, and the wait time was frustrating. It didn’t feel clean or well-managed at all. Definitely not the kind of service or quality you expect when going out for a quick meal.
