Dear Subway. Please stop hiring staff that have no interest in working here and are just doing it for some extra cash. They don’t know how to talk to customers or follow instructions to make a sandwich.
We had such a pleasant experience in this location. Navneet gave us an amazing service and the food was great.
One of the worst subway in whole richmond, I asked for double meat and was meticulously given the single serving by using a finger in the scooper. Owner is very rude and doesn’t accept any special requests. I would recommend skipping them.
