Today was the second time I went to Subway Wilsonton and was served by the same younger female with the high messy hair bun. Very poor customer service, was rude, tried to argue with me and tell me the cheddar was tasty cheese. (I used to work at subway...) She had the biggest smug look on her face both times I went in. I walked in today with 7 orders and the girls working here were absolutely amazing and made my orders so fast and efficiently. I live in Brisbane but when I come back to Toowoomba I would come back to this subway. I didn't catch their names but one girl in particular was so fast and good at her job and they all worked so well as a team!

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a serious incident that occurred at Subway Wilsonton during my visit today. I attended the premises with a friend to purchase food.
