I usually wouldn’t write something like this, but I feel this needs to be said. I’ve worked in the fast food industry for almost 5 years, so I know how stressful and exhausting it can get. Accidently spilled my drink. Felt bad, staff came and cleaned it up for me. Offered to do it myself but they were happy to do it. Generous salad this time.

Where's my avocado? Is it a prerequisite to charge $3 extra for avocado and leave it off, because Subway at Eastville Toowoomba did it too! So sick of this. You could read the changes to give me the right sauce. Why didn't you give me avocado? See photos. There is no avocado on there. And it's a very sad looking sub to boot. And let's not forget the long wait, after ordering it for Click and Collect for 5.30pm. Granted, you were very busy.

We dealt with 3 different staff members today, the first was rude and yelled that she can't hear us, the second wiped his hands on his pants (I'm guessing he washed his hands) and then blew into/all over his glove and the third all but put her fingers through the screen when I changed my mind about getting cookies. I encourage my 11 yo to order her food, the first lady ignored her but the second and third encouraged her to order, which I liked. Food was ok but felt really like I should have gone elsewhere
