Really bad customer service
Don't bother adding sauces or any customisations to your sub if ordering for delivery because they don't bother to actually open their eyes and fill the order the way it is placed.
These guys are very good at what they do. The store is great and plenty of seats to dine in.
People are quick to complain. I found the staff to be fantastic in all they do. They always have a smile on their face. They are very helpful and polite. I am in a wheelchair and couldn't ask for more help than what they give. Great work
Every time I buy from the colonnades store the food is always fresh, there is one particular young staff member, I should have retained her name, she really knows portion size, how much sauce, to how much vegetable, to how much meat, not to much salt/pepper, somehow she always gets it right. 🙂
