The portions of vegetables given is absolute minuim for a sandwich it isn't filling
It's a place I frequent often, but they're always so rude and have no sense of direction.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible. This is not the first time but one of the worst I came in today and the lady was so so rude. She had her airpods in and was having a conversation and chose to “ask” me what i wanted through simply staring at me until i spoke. She then proceeded to make multiple mistakes and as someone who is anxious to correct people, just left me with a wrong order and upset by the treatment of the employee on my birthday.
It’s such a shame I can’t give 0! The last few months when I’ve ordered from here every order has been wrong!! To the point that I asked for a salad (just with plain meat… nothing else… can’t get much simpler…) and I got a wrap with the meat, lettuce and mayo…. I’m sorry but the idiots who are hired here… I wonder whether they can read!!! You’re not lawyers… you work at subway… you have one job to do… do it PROPERLY!!! My next order better be absolutely perfect because if it’s not I will never come back here again!!!
Can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any!!!! Got charged by the server, she said it didn’t go through, despite me showing her the transaction. 2 days later the amount has been posted, not pending, from my account. Her solution was calling her manager who gave me his personal account number to transfer the funds, obviously I didn’t
