The sandwich artist appeared to be personally attacked when I asked for more lettuce on my sandwich, and she also looked very unhappy to be at work.
Everytime we come in here Brody is super kind and patient with my and my son. It can be busy with the line out the door and he always has a good attitude and is super efficient. Thank you Brody for always making our sandwich experience awesome.

The only reason why we ended up here was because a neighboring eatery was closed on Labor Day. It must've been a sign to keep me on track to limit my red meat intake as I was craving a hamburger steak lol! ATMOSPHERE: This shop is located in the Piilani Village Shopping Center.
