I've never been to a worse Subway than this one. I won't go into specifics because others have already expressed what I'm thinking, such as how they are rarely present, are typically impolite, and don't give a damn about customer service or interacting with customers.
With this being on base , you'd think the customer service would be top notch. Unfortunately it was the complete opposite. It took about 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter, when he did he had no urgency to help me. Took his time to finish eating whatever food was in his hands, and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't make a substitute on my sandwich. I had to get it the way it was offered.... Is this not a place to build your own sandwich?? I left and will not return.
January 24, 2026 late afternoon. I ordered a foot long rotisserie chicken on whole wheat and 2 bottles of water. $20? No way it should been that much. They're ringing it up as 2 six inch sandwiches and giving themselves a big tip. Wouldn't let me look at the credit card scanner after I tapped it. Don't patronize this rip-off business.
Like most on-base subways, the servers are unbelievably rude, hard to understand, bark at you if god-forbid you ask about a menu item then snigger and giggle in Spanish before quickly snapping back into their “customer service” attitude. One of the worst I’ve experienced.
I’m beyond frustrated with the service at this Subway or this food court by in general. Tire — who’s supposed to be the main head manager for the food court — should know better. I ordered a footlong meal (which I spoke up and said), and she pressed it in as two 6-inch sandwiches instead of one footlong. How does that make sense? It’s literally the same bread, same meat, just cut in half. Even Tire admitted that was true but still didn’t fix it right away.
