Saw this video on tiktok, a lady being unnecessarily rude to the worker at this location…. professional of how he handled it honestly I would be reacting way more, and hope he gets rewarded for his patience—people are too comfortable being plain rude these days! Edit: I’d appreciate if anyone gets back to me about this and how he’s doing, just curious if he still works there ☹️
They very big on taste and high on protein.
This location is way worse than in the 'hood' locations. Customer service was NOT in the building. At least in those areas the service is respectable. We come in and there's a guy at the register. He goes to the back to get the guy to make the sandwich. This guy had food ALL in the corners of his mouth. So I feel since we interrupted him eating he was a little disturbed. Dear Owner, Kind staff but ... Please, PLEASE – PLEASE –ask your staff to follow the ingredients outlined on the receipt. I've ordered the same order three times to go now and each time I've gotten everything but what I asked for. And the insistence on toasting my sandwich when the notes say NO TOASTED at the top before starting the sandwich is beyond crazy. I'll order in the store from now on but it's super inconvenient to have to do that.
