Subway consistently delivers fresh, customizable meals that are both delicious and satisfying. This is my favorite subway location in sarnia. I always receive excellent customer service and the food is always fresh and great. You can also notice the cleanliness of the entire place which is very nice. It can get very busy in there at lunch time and is a small space but they have really good noticeable team work which makes for fast service.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I asked the lady at the counter if she could grill my sandwich, especially since the grill was clearly on and working. She flat-out refused without any explanation. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just a basic service that most places offer without issue.

Terribl service. I placed pickup order. It was not ready on time, then We wait there and that employee started asking questions about sauces that we need, the things that were already mentioned she was asking me. Then we got our subway and we left. Subway was not good there were no crispy onions, no pickles, no capsicums very less sauces and kind off burned taste.
