Asked for sauce on the side. The guy said they're out of small containers and there's nothing he can do. When I said that's ridiculous his response was "usually people get it on the sub". 0/10 customer service. Made him put the sauce in a soup container. Was there Saturday July 11th 2026 around 9 pm. Train your employees better. Almost forgot, they were out of olives, my favourite thing to add to subs. What an absolute joke.
This costumer service she had AirPod in and kept what when I something until she her AirPod out she then proceeded to kick me out after asking if she could take her AirPod out
Pretty disappointing experience here. The Italian Herbs & Cheese bread was extremely hard and stale, almost like biting into a brick. I’ve had Subway plenty of times before and it’s never been this tough, so this definitely didn’t feel fresh. The overall quality was off, and it made the sandwich hard to enjoy. Not sure if proper Subway freshness standards are being followed at this location, so just something to keep in mind.
Twice now they messed up my Uber Eats order. First time I got someone else’s order with my receipt on it. The 2nd time they gave me a 6” (ordered 12”) with the wrong bread. And dumped a ton of salt on it. You need to hire more qualified people please.
It was great to make an acquaintance to Gagean an employee. He was super friendly, genuine, hard working, and made my sub amazingly.Thank Gagean for making my visit welcoming and providing wonderful service.
