Arkisha she's very good service
Came in at 9pm and we were about to sit and eat and she said dining in was closed since they close at 10pm. Chairs weren’t even up and had a full hour to eat

Very poor experience at the Panorama Hills Subway. I ordered a sandwich for dine-in, but when I took a bite, the bread was soggy and seemed undercooked. I politely mentioned this to the staff, expecting a replacement or at least some solution. Instead, the employee refused to replace the sandwich and offered me a bowl so I could remove the salad and eat it separately — which was honestly shocking. I've never experienced such poor customer service at any Subway before. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
