Management has awful attitude toward customers. People make mistakes and shouldn't be bad-mouthed for it. She has no customer service skills at all.
I went in and Tina was very helpful. She made my order correctly and had wonderful customer service!
I’m a regular at this location and on Saturday afternoon 7/19 I placed a mobile order for a foot long on white (or Artisan Italian as it’s referred to in the app). They give me Italian Herbs & Cheese. I go inside and tell them they messed up and the sandwich was supposed to be on white bread. The woman behind the counter then tells me that it’s my fault because I ordered Italian and not white.
