I went in and Tina was very helpful. She made my order correctly and had wonderful customer service!
I’m a regular at this location and on Saturday afternoon 7/19 I placed a mobile order for a foot long on white (or Artisan Italian as it’s referred to in the app). They give me Italian Herbs & Cheese. I go inside and tell them they messed up and the sandwich was supposed to be on white bread. The woman behind the counter then tells me that it’s my fault because I ordered Italian and not white. We had the best service from Ashley the worker she was friendly and nices and very professionally and the food was very good
Management has awful attitude toward customers. People make mistakes and shouldn't be bad mother for it. She has no customer service skills at all.
