We use subway fairly often even overseas and they are great.This is the worst ever and will never return and recommend. Very miserly and wouldn't put on extra that requested. Problem I think they have limited understanding of English. Would not accept there incompetence so left and went to Riverton Forum, perfectly done. It not difficult , shape up or ship out. Pathetic
Absolutely love Subway Forest Lakes! The staff here are always friendly, fast, and professional. The store is super clean and well-organized every time I visit. My sandwich is always made fresh just the way I like it, and everything tastes so good! They really care about quality and customer service. Highly recommend this location — best Subway experience every time🥪
This store used to be great, but since the new owners took over, the quality has really gone down. The staff aren’t properly trained, the salads weren’t full or fresh, the tomatoes were slimy, and the cucumbers were dried out. The meatballs were hard, and the bacon and egg weren’t cooked properly. Very disappointing service — we’ll be going to The Vale Subway from now on.
I have been waiting for more than 25 minutes, and the employees (two girls) didn’t even ask for my order. That’s fine since we were there to collect an order, but they should at least learn how to treat properly. During this time, they served around six people who arrived after us.
