If I could give a zero I would. Working the Canada Day lacrosse tournament and I witnessed one of your employees in the main washroom, use it, come out on her phone, walked out without washing hands. I walked behind to see if she was going into wash her hands in Subway, but instead, she walked in and immediately into the cooler to get a customer preorder, handed it to the customer and started bringing out food items to restock. I watched a teenage girl tonight rush to make sandwiches for a gigantic line of customers. She was the only employee working during this rush, and when I went to pay for my meal I put a tip on there for her. I said to her, "you better be getting all of the tip money for how hard you're working". She told me she doesn't get any of the tips. It all goes to the owners.
