I watched a teenage girl tonight rush to make sandwiches for a gigantic line of customers. She was the only employee working during this rush, and when I went to pay for my meal I put a tip on there for her. I said to her, "you better be getting all of the tip money for how hard you're working". She told me she doesn't get any of the tips. It all goes to the owners.
