Found bugs in my sub halfway through eating and immediately called the store for a refund. They claimed they couldn’t find our order, then denied we were even there, even though they admitted later they saw us about 10 minutes prior. Drove back to the store and after 20 minutes of back and forth, of me asking for a refund, they finally offered to remake it, which I refused as I felt sick and unsafe eating there. FOUND BUGS IN MY FOOD PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself went here the other night, tried to leave a review after our absolutely abysmal service. Noticed the morning after that a number of the employees have been instructed to leave ‘counter-reviews’. Even referencing each others display names in the reviews, its so blatant and disgusting. Instead of solving any issue (LIKE BUGS IN THEIR FOOD) they try and cover it up. absolutely disgusting this place should honestly be shut down.
The store was quite busy, but the staff was really helpful!!
Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and quick service!. The store was clean, everything tasted great and the team made the sub just the way I wanted. A really good experience overall and I’ll definitely come back.
