I’ve got a meatball 1 foot salad roll thing. And I dropped the last meatball on the ground in the arcade so I asked my friend to ask for another meatball cause I dropped it and they were kind enough to put an extra meatball into a paper cup. Food was okay, sort of thrown together. Absolutely horrible customer service. No smile or how are you today. She mumbled the whole time I had to keep asking her what she was saying as I couldn’t understand her. A little smile and decent customer service go a long way.
I ordered a sandwich (BMT) without pepperoni and salami that is for 13,55 but the ladies charged me 17,55$ for no reason. Very bad service, when I talked to the lady she refused to admit that she’s literally stealing money from people and charging them more for no reason. Very bad service at narellan branch!
