Could it have been worse? Maybe but it would have taken some effort and I don’t think they would have been willing to try. Restrooms were nasty and there were no towels. We ordered 2 sandwiches with different types of bread - but both were stale. Lettuce was slimy and brown and yellow colored. They didn’t have the items for either of the sandwiches we chose so we both had to go with something else. Hope can give worst than this 1 star worst employee trainer I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Subway was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. The service was absolutely unacceptable. The employees were rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated to even take my order. Instead of listening, they rushed through, ignored simple requests, and made me feel like I was bothering them. Worst place ever! Ordered food but only got half and had to go back. I ordered off the app so I didnt see them make my food. My bowl of salad was only half full and they forgot half the stuff I requested in it. The salad was terrible at almost 11$ i could have went to The Pharm and got a real salad for that price. Subway used to be good, what happened?
Bri is an amazing employee!! She was immediately attentive. Extremely friendly. She was excellent with her performance. Bri!!! I would come back for you!!
