This is my local subway and love love love the young man who works here. He knows his products, remembers peoples orders and is always friendly. BUT there is a server here and her name is Hannah. And sorry to name and shame you but your service is horrible. I have a lot of patients for people in the hospitality industry. I really do. Very bad and very slow service
Just got two entirely underwhelming subway sandwiches. The franchisee was serving and was stingy on every single ingredient, including lettuce…. It’s embarrassing (for the restaurant) to have a customer keep asking for “extra”, only to achieve what I would call the bare minimum acceptable amount of salad. Was told “we don’t sell pickles here”. Anyway, we got two sandwiches for ants. Won’t be going back
