staff is very slow
Honestly, I’m extremely angry with my visit today. No Italian herbs & cheese bread, no avocado, no tomatoes, and no BBQ sauce basically everything I wanted was unavailable. Yet I was still charged full price like nothing was missing. That’s unacceptable and a complete waste of money.
The food wasn’t made correctly, the store doesn’t answer their phone when trying to resolve the issue, the customer support for subway is completely useless and doesn’t resolve anything. I’d avoid this store if you can.
This is my local subway and love love love the young man who works here. He knows his products, remembers peoples orders and is always friendly. BUT there is a server here and her name is Hannah. And sorry to name and shame you but your service is horrible. I have a lot of patients for people in the hospitality industry. I really do. But servals time now you never put the ingredients on well, you don’t know what’s on goes on the subs, even when I help u and you always over charge.
