This is a typical subway. Everything tasted as you would imagine. The store was clean on the inside. There was an older soft drink machine halfway deconstructed sitting in the corner. U had to go ask if they were open before getting my children out of the car because the open sign was not on. The only really annoying part of my visit was that I had a coupon for a free 6" sub when I bought one from a coupon book I purchased through my childs school. When you enter this location, you are greeted warmly and professionally, as one would expect at a Subway location. The servers were pleasant and engaging, and worked quickly to build your sandwich. They weren't distracted, playing hockey, looking up memes, or shooting dice in the corner. The place looks well cleaned and taken care of, and I didn't get the vibe that it was trashy. Food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Kudos to the staff and manager Suzie for doing a fantastic job at both Miller Lane locations!
My experience with them is horrible they don’t answer the phones ever! And half the time if you go to order online through their app, they have half the sandwich is marked out to where you can’t get but like a couple of sandwiches. They also never honor their deals
Don't usually go to this location but it was closer. But I appreciate these two ladies helping me in my daughter out we were in and out and under 5 minutes.
If I could rate in the negative I would. I'm a former Subway manager myself I have managed two separate subways under two different franchises. And this Subway has to be one of the worst. An associate of mine went in today for lunch and was met with hostility disrespect and rudeness.
