Been eating here for years, never had an issue until recently. Ordered on the app for pickup, got charged to my card and a confirmation that the food was being prepared. When I went to pick it up the staff said they hadn't received any order from me, then argued with me about which address was correct and became super dismissive and refused to even attempt to process a refund, or even just make the food i already paid for and had the electronic receipt pulled up on my phone.
