We ordered 2 footlongs and had a coupon. We weren’t informed until it was time to pay that this store’s cash register was temporarily unable to accept coupons. We waited 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back to even take our order. My wife suggested that they could charge for one sandwich only since that’s what the coupon offered. The young woman helping us accused her of being disrespectful. We walked out. Never again.
Ordered almost $60 worth of sandwiches when family came in to visit during the Thanksgiving Bread was so hard/ stale/over cooked everyone complained about it being like day old bread that you feed the birds. Called complained to employees. They told me that they're going to let the manager know about my issue. Made two phone calls already. No call backs. No one cares anymore now a days.
