The workers dont know anything about the app and it never works they lost a 100 dollar sale over 5 bucks and ill never return plus the place is disgusting, not clean at all
Worst subway ever! Lady behind the counter should be fired. Worst customer service ever! Literally left and went to subway down the street for a much better experience.
The woman behind the counter needs to be fired immediately. I would guess you guys have lost 30% or more of your customer base solely because of this lady's piss poor attitude.
I can confidently say this is the worst subway I've ever gone to. Half the time, I stand at the counter for 5 min. and no one will even notice . Do people work here?
Would not add more pickles when asked only woman who has ever argued about adding more pickles to a sandwich
