I work in meijers some days, and saw this one had a subway. Right after open 9:05-9:10 am, someone in the back, but I waited a bit with no help. Returned to work in the store around 12, and tried again. This time, an employee on lunch and no one behind the counter. No help again. Ghetto ass subway just like the south side would have it

I asked the lady not to toast both of my footlongs the hold time because it makes the bread hard my food can &26 dollars once I ate my sandwich me and my husband wasted a lot do to hard bread , she can never make me another sandwich

This is the rudest Subway in Lansing. I knew better than to try and go here but I was already at Meijer. I already bought items to go along with my sub. So first thing this woman says the toaster oven doesnt work. Color me surprised. Then I said I really dont care but I did want it toasted. So then I say I have a coupon. Oh we dont honor those. Good for you. Don't worry I wont be be back to this location again until you hire people who aren't rude(this wasnt the first time theyve been rude here) and take coupons. Like I say ... read more

The woman working (Nov 9 around 1pm) was extremely rude to the point I was about to walk away. She did not ask what I would like to order, what I would like on my sub, anything. She stared at me with disgust until I told her what I wanted, doing her job for her. There is something seriously wrong with the way she treats customers. I wish I would have went somewhere else. I can’t believe they allow employees to treat customers this way.

The sandwich artist was so very rude not the first time with this same woman. Very unfriendly wears a nasty scowl on her face and tried telling us we couldn’t buy an extra cup of cheese for our footlong pretzel. We will never give this particular subway our business ever again.
