Ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap and the whole thing fell apart. Instead of being chicken pieces like every other Subway I have been to it was a runny soup with weird squares of meat that did not look anything like chicken and it was scooped from a vat next to the meatballs. By the time the man added the sauce I asked for it was already falling apart and I could not eat it. Came back another time and ordered a rotisserie chicken with pepperoni sub which is on the menu. No idea on what's gluten free can be dangerous for celiacs need to be educated on food handling and ingredients for gluten free couldn't tell me what was gluten free and couldn't understand my concern around my daughter being celiac very poor considering this is a food business other subways have been excellent and would recommend pacific fair and Helensvale any day!! found this site and Robina town centre site very un educated and quite dismissive please train staff around food allergies asap
