Staff need more training on how to make a sub edible. Young lady didn't even attempt to fold my sub before wrapping it. Terrible. Told them I'd like it remade and waited ages my kids all ate there's while I was still waiting for my replacement to be made.
Placed placed an order for Pick Up and it took over an hour to make one sandwich They continue to serve everyone in the queue and just ignore the fact that I was there to pick up my order so disappointed left feeling so small an invisible management needs some serious training
I had a great experience at Subway Torquay! The staff there always looks happy and brings such a positive vibe to the place. Super quick service and very efficient. The sandwiches were absolutely amazing fresh, delicious, and made just the way I like them. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
Absolutely disgusting! Until now I had never known one could mess up a sandwich. We ordered 5 subs, all were made completely wrong. The bread was doughy and under cooked. The subs looked like someone had thrown them against a wall and then tore them into two by hand. We also had the displeasure of witnessing the female “manager” speaking down to and belittling a young girl who was there for a job interview.
