I entered the store at 7pm today, the girl wasn’t even greeting or smiling. There was not a single customer in store. Not busy at all When i entered she was cleaning the table which I understand but when I went to order she glanced at me and ignored me for 3minutes I was standing there waiting for her to finish her job. Messed up my order really bad, i mean I understand they are in rush but serving properly is their priority.
Food is always great but service staff should be improved tremendously I was first in queue but after taking my order,I was told the guy behind me came first? Hello..the guy behind me was packing his stuff at a table and he was in no hurry. I thought I was ordering in morgue as all I was greeted with was this impatient look on his face. I know it's not a fancy restaurant but at least a friendly hello or smile makes a lot difference. Not going back here as the way my sub was pack it was messy.
