I order the same subwrap almost every day, and while a few team members roll it perfectly, most of the time the wrap ends up broken or rolled too loosely. The fillings are often spilling out, making it really messy to eat. It would be great if all team members were trained properly on how to roll a subwrap. Consistency would make the experience so much better!

Our team want to pass on a special thanks to Peggy from Subway, Adelaide Street. We had placed a catering order for delivery at 8:00am and the assigned delivery driver (via DoorDash) did not arrive to collect the order. Due to the time sensitivity of our order, we had around 10 minutes of leeway to receive it. Disappointed with the service. I ordered a footlong Subway, and a male member didn’t even cut it properly in half. On top of that, his attitude was rude — he rolled his eyes while talking to me and handled things roughly. What bothered me more was seeing him treat white customers with noticeably more care and politeness. It felt like clear discrimination, and that’s not acceptable.
Would love to put a 0 to be honest they have reduced amount of salad they give had barely nothing in it the guy was rude when I questioned and also said price went up so less food for more what a ripoff 17.25 small chicken teriaki wrap cookie and drink
