I was at Subway ordering a veg sub. The manager was doing a great job, changing gloves, being careful, and making sure there was no cross-contamination. But then at the salad section, a lady with hands covered in meatball sauce handled my veg sub without following any protocol. Seriously? What’s the point of having rules if your staff ignores them? Don’t bother getting there after 2.30pm on Saturday. They are ‘closed’, even though door is open and their hours say 3pm? What’s the point of having opening hours if you don’t follow them.
Been in here a few times in the last couple of months now. Service is always nice, the staff are quick, friendly and efficient. However I come in very early in the morning and one day my cookies tasted old and stale and the next time the bread was old and chewy 😳 I thought they were supposed to bake everything fresh in store every morning 🤷 will definitely be asking for a fresh bread roll next time as it's not Subway without a delicious fresh and hot toasted Italian herb and cheese pizza Sub with mozzarella 🤤🤤🤤
