I get having a long day, I get being short handed. But when you're so high you can't take the order, remember the order, and sloppily put a sandwich together at a snail's pace.... Being intoxicated at work is not cool and it's disrespectful. It took almost 25 minutes to make two footlongs with no other customers. Footlongs that were already listed on the menu...
If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady was standing there as we walked up and said it would be a bit before she could make our subs to complete some online orders. I understand people order online, but we are there in the store and she hadn’t even started those orders. We went to another location and got in and out in less than 5 minutes while he was also working on online orders. Both locations had employees by themselves. There was no reason why she couldn’t help us.
I’m not sure her name but she is incredibly rude and acts like she detests her job. I requested that my sub sandwich be cut in fours , as I always do. She responded rudely, started huffing and puffing, and acted like she was the big bad wolf. Then, when I pointed out that everyone else has cut my sub in 4 in the prior to her she stated that she wasn’t them. The veggies on the sub tasted old, and that lady who made the sandwich seemed like she didn't feel like being at work.
We wanted 7 subway and when we entered they said there is no chicken , and we could only order 3 because there was no steak and my baby started crying a little and they were upset about that I think they were racist told my daughter to shut up is the worst restaurant
