The young gentleman took great care of us. Very friendly, professional and positive.
Online ordering is garbage AND they won’t call you. If they haven’t updated the app with what they are out of, you just get what they have. I had already paid online and instead of someone calling me to tell me they were out of half the ingredients, they just threw something together and called it a day. Absolute joke. Edited because not only did they mess up the sandwich, they were out of sweet tea, so I ended up getting the lemonade. After taking the lid off was greeted with a couple pieces of mold from their ice machine.
Only gets two stars because the service was decent. Otherwise what a rat trap. Dirty. Out of all the sodas and they don’t tell you until after checkout. Expected more in Niceville. Most restaurants local are pretty good. Not this one….. Updating my review and dropping it from two to one stars. Even the service is terrible. Someone good needs to get ahold of this place. Normally subways are really good. This store is just terrible every time we come.
