Yesterday 8/20/2026 @ around 7pm the young man and young lady that was working that shift were everything for me. They noticed that I was emotional. I was in emotion for my son finally being considered a college student but also sad bc I had been dealing with some personal things for a while and it was weighing on me. Placed a very simple online order here, something I order from Subway all the time. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have what I ordered in stock. Fine, things run out — I asked for a refund. Apparently, nobody working in the store is able to process a refund without a manager, and there is no manager here.
