I've placed the online order and the pickup time was 03:30pm and when I get there staff says we can't make the order unless u are not coming to store despite of paid online and waited for another 30mins to get the order. Whats the point of ordering online ??? Despite of long wait served wrong order, missing ingredients and no labelling on subs with different ingredients.

Dark haired lady was unhygienic, rude and rushed like crazy making my sub, the uncleanliness has put me off for life, she was cleaning whilst making our subs? And using the same glove to pick up my food. Made me feel sick. Put me off subway for life
There is dark haired young lady who made our subs. Me and my girlfriend actually was laughing with the lack of respect she had. She was rushing the whole process and it really off putting, she was ripping our bread in pieces where it fell apart in our hands when we came to open it. The food was chucked on with little care, she did not listen when we asked for little sauce and it ruined the whole sandwich which we had to throw away, as the sauce was seeping through and made it a soggy sub falling apart! The lady that served me rushed my sub and didn't follow the instructions as I had asked. She also put a little bit of lettuce and I had to ask for more. She put salt on before I asked for it to be put on. And when she wrapped my sub, it was crushed in the process. I had to go back and ask for someone else to make it again, and they were so polite, patient, and understanding about it all. So only lost 2 stars for the poor effort from the initial lady who made my sub.
