Avoid at all cost. The most unhygienic place to eat. Flies, staff wiping down benches with their dirty gloves, flicking their hair back then preparing food. $42 is an insane amount to charge and be served this. Preparing food right on the stainless bench, not even bothering to clean all the food off that was stuck under the board before running sandwiches over them. To top it off, the bacon was not cooked. Health and Food Safety nightmare.
Pretty horrible one of the worst subways I have had bread was soggy and the spinach was mushy and off. Wouldn’t eat here again. Only positive was staff were nice and efficient.
My daughter was served this afternoon by one of the females with dark hair and received service that was sub par. She cut her off mid sentence, eye rolled and then when she gave her the wrong cookie and had to return to the store was greeted with “yes?”… I would expect a “how can I help?” After reading the reviews, it sounds like it’s not uncommon.
I was served by the rudest and least customer-service-oriented lady named Tahl. She was extremely rude, didn’t even smile, and seemed annoyed that someone came to buy a sandwich there. Please review her performance, as the young gentlemen working there were awesome.
I shouldn't have to repeat myself to tell you what veges goes on your vege delux with avo. It says in your menu, learn to read... ALL of them. ALL of them. It says all of them in your menu, so if I say ALL of them why are you later asking me if I want any salads? Learn how to listen, and read your own menu some time.
