I was served by a lovely girl called Caitlin. She made great conversation, was very quick so good work ethic and was very clean about my order. LOVE THIS SUBWAY!!
I visited this place for the first time and asked a few simple questions while ordering. Shockingly, the staff member rolled their eyes at me—right to my face. Not sure if this is the company culture or just poor manners, or maybe both. Either way, it left a very bad impression.
Used the same gloves to make the vegetarian sub after touching meat. Then at checkout had no cookies so could only get drinks and instead of the meal price they charged separately for the drink bringing the full cost to $36. Both subs were drowned in sauce. I ended throwing the 2nd half out. Terrible service. I have photo but this doesn't give an option to add
I was served today by a Blonde girl named Caitlin or Kate. Although there were many customers and subs waiting she still managed to do them in a time efficient way, whilst still maintaining respect to customers. And my sub was delicious.
