Very great experience at subway at robina foodcourt! Had a very nice interaction with a kid i think his name was eren. Very bright kind boy, will come again just so i can see him.

Raman and Am are ridiculously rude and incompetent. We ordered a meatball sub for my mum only to come home and find there's no meatballs on it... great... Raman was hiding out the back while the other kid was insanely busy and rolled her eyes when she had to come out and serve the kids in front of us, then they were both so distracted by the kids and the fact that they couldnt pay for their food that they screwed out order up anyway.

I visited this place for the first time and asked a few simple questions while ordering. Shockingly, the staff member rolled their eyes at me—right to my face. Not sure if this is the company culture or just poor manners, or maybe both. Either way, it left a very bad impression.

I've placed the online order and the pickup time was 03:30pm and when I get there staff says we can't make the order unless u are not coming to store despite of paid online and waited for another 30mins to get the order. Whats the point of ordering online ??? Despite of long wait served wrong order, missing ingredients and no labelling on subs with different ingredients.
