I’ve only been here maybe three times in a year, and each time it’s an absolute horrible experience, the employees are always very, VERY rude…. My partner wanted a chicken salad sandwich, and the worker literally put some chicken then squeezed a bunch of mayonnaise on top!! Like what? He said , yeah I don’t want that, and ordered something else. Don’t go here.
Don’t even bother paying for extra toppings… they won’t put it on your sandwich . You probably won’t even get the normal amount, but instead half of what it’s supposed to be! Every time I come in there’s a new person behind the counter, and I have yet to meet one that wasn’t extremely rude!
Ordered turkey bacon avocado wrap, didn't get any cheese and they didn't even have avocado... would've been nice to know before they made my wrap... others ordered meatball and mozzarella, and they had no mozzarella, and the last person ordered the sweet onion chicken teryaki and they didn't have the cheese she wanted either... so, all three of us got food we were highly disappointed with, and it still cost us $40 for 2 sandwiches, a wrap, and a pretzel... will not return... sorry I had forgotten that I already promised not ... read more
The sandwiches were good the cookies look like a roller flatten them !! Shame shame shame Subway!!
Absolutely horrible experience here for the second time now! Everyone makes mistakes, but WOW I will never be back here again. Horrible etiquette is what did it for me. I called to let them know when I got home my bacon is absolutely RAW and my toasted sandwich is ice COLD. It was a pick up order and for reference I am only 2 minutes away from this place. So it was never properly toasted to begin with. They tossed a bunch of random vegetables on both of our sandwiches and when we called them they wouldn’t do a thing to recti... read more
