Service is great in person, but 2 times in a row that I have ordered over the app my meal was not even started when I arrived at the collect time to pick it up. I ordered to have on my lunch break while at work, so having to wait that extra time cut into my break time which is very frustrating
Nobody was at the counter or came to the counter for a few minutes when I arrived. When she did come out of the back, she seemed bothered by me being there. I’m not someone who needs exceptional service from fast food places, I get the ‘just getting through a day of work’ mood but she genuinely acted as I’d done something wrong by ordering. Ive order from her twice though a delivery service and twice they have got the order wrong.
As I only have a short lunch break I use the App to pre order my meal so I can pop in and collect from the counter and be on my way. It used to be great and problem free but unfortunately on a weekly basis now for the past 4 months, not only is my order not ready ,but not even started and the staff continue to serve people walking in the door after I've been waiting at the counter.
