Everytime i get a sub there’s 1 server on the front.. not to mention they never have italian herbs bread.. they may aswell take it off the menu.
Had half the amount of salads and things to choose, no salad boxes yet it’s on menu. Staff were so miserable. Such a shame in a really great shopping centre.
The girl behind the counter didn't want to be there. I tried to order off the wall menu and she told me I could only order from the server in the counter. There were much less contents in my sandwich than I had ever had before. I tried to complain to Subway but found this store hard to find on their website and they wanted my receipt number. How many people keep takeaway receipts? It sounds like they don't want to hear.
When arrived 1 server out front, another server came back from ordering lunch to server me. She then left and the other server finished my order, the first girl that served me came back with chips ate them then left her chip cup on the counter. They only had 2 kinds of bread in stock and some meats weren’t in the front in the glass area. Purchased a subway at Kawana today. One girl doing all the work, and very very slowly. Maybe she was protesting the lack of staff. Cleanliness and presentation was discraceful. Communication was discusting.
